I was looking for a jeep wrangler for my daughter. Chris was very honest and professional. Sami went over all the details and small print. He also helped set up my insurance. Andre helped to get me the best financing. Anthony detailed my car for hours. My used Jeep looks brand new! They all stayed late so that everything was perfect! Thank you Certified! My daughter and I are so happy!

Purchased a vehicle from this dealer and at first it all seemed ok. The $3500 “certification fee” was added to the advertised price to find out NO certification is ever made. They added adding this FEE as a scam. There’s no real certification done to any vehicle at this place. Car ended up costing almost double than advertised priced. The day of purchase Rafin the salesman never gave us a complete set of purchase papers that would include warranty purchased & “certification”. The car spent a week at the dealer after we asked for some repairs to be made and the finance person said they would be done as part of the certification. A week later the car was returned to us with lose car pieces inside the car and no oil change was ever made to the vehicle, which in a “certification “ is the bare minimum check to be made. The engine cover are still in the trunk of the car, battery bracket (holder) is supposed to be in order after the service manager threw it in the garbage when I brought it to his attention. BEWARE!!!

Fritz is the man! Great salesman. In 30-minutes he managed to hear my wish list and show me quality cars within my budget. No pressure and no confusion. His patience and knowledge of the brands that would suit my family best was unmatched. The finance team was also professional and courteous (unfortunately the finance team pushed hard on add-on fees after I chose my car with Fritz). I would have given this place 5-stars but they add about $7k-$10k in fees to the purchase price at closing. I should have done my research. Don’t make the mistake I made of paying for the following: ($4K in warranty they said I absolutely needed but didn’t + $2,500 in pass through costs for “prepping” the car for sale that I shouldn’t have paid for + $895 for plate transfer/DMV + $500 for miscellaneous costs = $7,895) So a great car priced at $23,000 turned into $33,000-after taxes for me by the time I left the lot. Don’t waste money on power train (bottom of the barrel) warranties. Learn from me! Their inventory is great. Just do your homework before heading in solo and negotiate the add-on fees the best you can.

I went to this dealer to purchase a SUV listed on a Monday. I met David, and we discussed pricing on the vehicle. It was a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Eventually after a bit of discussion, we came to an agreed up price, however before i went for a test drive, i wanted the vehicle price with all fees in writing up front as i know dealers play the game with fees, in essence bumping up any "discounts" you may have been offered. During the week, i left a message for Ray the manager to call me back, as i wanted to test drive the vehicle, and also texted and called David. Not an answer from them. I finally got in touch with Amber a few days later who scheduled a test drive for me today at 10 am. I show up, and they tell me the vehicle is sold. This place wasted my time, and wants suckers to bump up fees on unsuspecting buyers. They still have the vehicle in stock, and want buyers to come by. Stay away from this place unless you get everything up front, as they will rack up things on you.
